Flowquip – Coronavirus

As the situation regarding Coronavirus continues to develop and change on a daily basis, Contrec have put in place a number of measures in place to best ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, and continue our normal high levels of customer support going forward. These include:

• Risk assessment and additional improvements to factory hygiene levels
• Discussion with all staff our forward planning options so they are fully included and consulted, and follow government guidelines away from the workplace
• Cancellation of all non-essential visitors to our office
• Facilitate work from home operations for staff who are able to work remotely
• Keep open lines of communications with managers in or out of office hours for staff, suppliers and customers

These measures taken so far, are enabling Contrec to continue our production, sales and marketing operations with minimal disruption to our current supply chains and customer base. We have been increasing our stock holding should we encounter reduced production capability over the coming weeks/months which will allow us to continue supporting customers* (*subject to logistic methods continuing).

The situation regarding Coronavirus is fluid and we will continue to implement best, safe working practices at all times. With this as our priority, we will react accordingly to changes from the UK Government based upon sound medical and scientific advice, and will keep our suppliers and customers advised of any changes to our operations as soon as practically possible.
