All Flowquip’s clamp-on Ultrasonic flow meters are non-invasive. The sensors clamp onto the side of the pipe, thereby avoiding the need to cut into the pipe and interrupt the flow. One of our most popular models is the KATflow 200. This handheld flow meter is fully portable and lightweight, making it ideal for working at height or in small spaces. Additionally, sensor sets are available for pipelines from 10mm to 3 meters in diameter.
Ultrasonic flowmeters are perfect for applications requiring long-term flow rate recording. The KATflow 200 includes a data logging function with options for 30,000 or 100,000 measurements. Furthermore, the provided software allows users to download logged data to a PC. We can supply a Certificate of Calibration with all new ultrasonic flowmeters. Additionally, Flowquip offers a flowmeter calibration service. Our certified, purpose-built in-house calibration rigs can recalibrate most types of flowmeters, including ultrasonic ones, and issue a new calibration certificate if needed.
